Dynamics of agency governance: Evidence from the Nuclear safety sector

Public organizations are compound bodies characterized by competing endogenous dynamics of governance. This study makes two main contributions. First, it contributes to an organizational approach studies public policy and administration conceptualizing agency Second, determining how variation in governance reflects factors. Based on a the Norwegian Radiation Nuclear Safety Authority (DSA), observations highlighted: Firstly, DSA staff torn between behavioural logics: A governmental transnational logic.
